Terms of Service
Plain-language summary. This is a Phase 1 product; these terms will be expanded before native commerce features launch.
The permanent commitment
Your coach profile and the external links on it — course, coaching site, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, merch, or any other link — are free, and will remain free, permanently. We will never paywall, restrict, or charge for your profile or your outbound links. Any future native tools (booking, payments, courses, storefronts) are strictly optional and will never be required to keep your listing or your links.
Using the platform
Unsolvd is a directory connecting poker players with coaches. We don't process bookings or payments in this phase — contacting a coach happens through their own external links. We are not party to any coaching arrangement and make no guarantee about coaching outcomes.
Profiles & claiming
Some profiles are created by us before a coach joins, using public information only, and are clearly labeled Unclaimed. A coach can claim their profile by verifying identity, or request its removal at any time. See our Privacy policy for the unclaimed-profile policy and removal process.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine coaching experience and meet our content rules. Reviews are public and permanent; they are not silently deleted. Coaches may reply or dispute, and disputes are resolved by a human moderator on the record. Full detail lives on our Trust page. We may remove reviews that violate our content rules (spam, harassment, fabrication).
Rankings
Rankings are computed from review data using a published formula. Placement is never sold. Any future featured placement will be a separate, clearly labeled slot that does not affect organic order.
Acceptable use
Don't post unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; don't impersonate others; don't scrape or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
